醃鹹蒜的正宗方法

To make authentic pickled garlic, here is a traditional recipe:

Ingredients:
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Salt
- Water
- Vinegar

Instructions:
1. Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a clean glass jar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix water and salt to create a brine solution. The ratio of salt to water should be about 1 tablespoon of salt per cup of water.
3. Pour the brine solution over the garlic cloves in the jar, making sure they are completely submerged.
4. Cover the jar with a lid or cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks to ferment.
5. After the fermentation process, drain the brine from the jar and replace it with vinegar.
6. Seal the jar and store it in the refrigerator for at least another week before consuming.
